The weather forecasted this coming week will start to freeze things up out there on the lake. If it will continue cold we will be getting out there in two to three weeks with houses, and sooner for the portable people.  Time will tell.

With this years harvest slot of 19-21 inches or one over 28″ and a 1 fish limit has generated interest again for the anglers.  And with the way the Walleyes are recovering it will improve as time goes on.  The Perch population is recovering some also and there are more “catchable” sized perch out there this year too.   So I’m hoping that the weather will cooperate some and allow us to get out there and fish.
