If you look at our Web Cam you will see what we are up against. We ended up with about 12 inches of snow, some of which settled, but most of it ended last night. And now today the wind is blowing and getting colder.
Today I’m going to work on the landing in front with the Jeep and see how much snow I can push each direction and go from there. Tomorrow we will be checking ice depth by snowmobile in the first mile or so from shore. Hopefully there will be enough to safely go on with the Jeep, but the problem is the little Jeep can only push so much and I’m sure there isn’t enough for the bigger trucks yet for sure.
Going to be some difficult times up here for awhile, but we will get out there somehow..
Keep a Tight Line!
