Today we finally have some ice out on the main lake in front of us.  Looks like pretty good going if it can stay.  Knowing the possibility of some measurable snow coming this weekend could throw a wrench in it, but we will have to just wait and see and deal with it as it comes.  Everyone around the lake is anxious to get going,especially after last year. Hopefully this year will make up for some time lost last year.  Those who are out on the bays this weekend, make sure you know where the new ice line is before you venture out too far. The main lake in front of us is not safe!
