Yesterday reports were from mainly deep water during the overnight period. The other reports were in 12-16 feet in the early morning and late afternoon tradidtional times. Fishermen will need to pick a spot and give it a try for the weekend.
This afternoon and tonight we are supposed to see 1″-3″ of snow, possible freezing rain and drizzle tonight as it warms up. Then a wind switch to the NW an blow 20-25 mph with higher gusts thru Friday evening. With a cool down and temps in the single digits or below zero Saturday/Sunday with clear skies. A little snow with that much wind could make it tough for a few hours with poor visibility. Maybe a little freezing drizzle will crust the snow preventing some drifting.
We have a couple “basic” houses and “deluxe” houses available for the weekend yet if you want to come up. There are a few “weekend wheelhouse” spots also. So give us a call.
Keep a Tight Line!
