Yesterday’s high barometer did not help the bite very much for most angler’s out there. Very few reports from the few that were out there with the cold. With the up and downs of weather and wind switches this weekend who knows when they will bite.

It will be a windy weekend out there until Sunday from what weather reports I’ve seen. Along with an inch or two of snow.  So be prepared for that.  Wheelhouses rigs make sure you have chains for your truck, (just in case). Permanents make sure you have the proper gear in your house and vehicles.  With just a little snow and high winds can bring visibility to almost zero.  It is best to just stay put in the house until it’s over.  Our main roads are in very good shape and will be fine thru it. But with everything set-up for W to NW winds, winds from the south  can mess with the east/west roads and driveways.  It all depends on how much snow we get. So be ready for that.

We’ll just have to see how it goes.    Keep a Tight Line!
