January 22nd, 2020

Yesterday we had a very strong south wind, probably stronger gusts than what we had over last weekend. There was significant drifting on the roads we had just cleared the last couple days so we will be doing it again.  It sounds like the weather and winds will calm for the next few days.

I got six more permanents out. This morning I will be moving a few rentals out of the drifts and this afternoon getting more out.  I have some help on the roads today so that will give me more time to plow driveways and get spots ready.

The fishing picked up yesterday for some with the barometer dropping.  And with the more  stable weather the next few days fishing should be ok.

We will not be allowing wheelhouses that are not signed up with us out of our access. We have a crack on both roads 1/2 mile out and no tandems or big trucks will be crossing it. They will have to stay in on the shore side.  We have ramps over them both roads but I’m not going to take a chance. You will also have to have chains on the truck and be off the roads at least 75 feet.

Keep a Tight Line!   Eddy
