Monday there was not many fishermen out there. The few that were reported that it was fairly quiet until the evening bite. Some nice C/R Walleyes were reported. After last weekends fishing reports there was pretty good fishing in most depths. Some of the shallow water spots did well in the evenings, but you had to be on the spot on the spot so to speak. It’s getting to the time of year when shallow water can get good.
The colder weather is a welcome change for us up here. With the ice depths not what they normally are this time of year, it will help, and this late in the season we need as much ice as we can get in case we get a big snowstorm. So far this year we’ve been pretty lucky with not much snow.
Looking forward to a good weekend with a little warmer weather, some snow Saturday/Sunday, but from I’ve seen in weather reports so far not much.
Keep a Tight Line! Eddy
