Last evening we had freezing temps and it helped the conditions out on the ice.  There is not an ice depth problem as most of it is   26″-28″ up to 38″ on the roads.  It’s the water from melting snow.  It’s slowly starting to find it’s way down so in time it will be pretty good going for a few days.

This morning two anglers went out and so far found some decent Perch from what I heard.  But the Tullibee just don’t seem to be there yet. There appears to be little or no bug hatch to draw them in.

We will remain open, 4WD vehicles only will be allowed out of the access. I would suggest you call a day before you come to verify accessibility. (Note:  We do not answer calls after 5:00 pm, so you need to call before that time).

Keep a Tight Line!
