Yesterday we had quite a few anglers out with portables.  From what pictures I seen and the few reports I got the bite was pretty good for most.  I would suspect today before the storm arrives tomorrow might be a pretty good day also.

The next few days will prove to be pretty interesting out there on the ice.  It’s looking like we are going to be on the edge of the rain/snow/sleet line and it looks like we will get a little of everything. The more we are on the “wet” side of this storm the better chances we have to make more ice when it does get cold, and the sooner we get out there with houses. Until we have more cold weather we will not have more ice. It’s as simple as that.

Until this is storm passes we will remain with portables, ATV’s, snowmobiles. Then we will go from there.
