The colder temps opened  up the crack we have been dealing with on both roads overnite.  We are cutting it open, filling it with snow, packing and flooding it and all should be in good shape by this afternoon.We we will be leaving the ramps in place so people will need to use caution in those areas. The extreme temperature changes always affects the ice somehow.  With the warmup over the weekend it will “push” and remain tight so I think we will have no problems after today.

The reports overnite were few and yesterday the bite was fairly quiet with the cold and high pressure. The weather change will probably get them going again over the weekend.
