The bite yesterday and overnight so far from what I have heard was slow. With this storm going by to our south I’m not sure if that has affected it or not. Lets hope today it picks up.
The weather forecast for us is a very small amount of snow. some freezing drizzle, (which would be good as it would put a cap on the snow and help prevent drifting). Tonight the winds are going to turn NW and blow 20-25 mph with gusts to as high as 45 mph tomorrow. With what little snow we will get and if the existing snow doesn’t get capped we will have a major white out with zero visibility. Which means no one will be going anywhere tomorrow. So if you are planning on coming for overnight, you might be staying until Monday.
The office will be calling the overnight rentals for this evening and canceling them starting at 8:00 am. Our rental customers that are here for the weekend will be notified starting at noon that they might want to consider leaving early this evening. As we might be not able to get out there due to lack of visibility to get them off until Monday when the wind drops.
The Lybacks/TWP Tournament is on and so contestants know, even if they cannot attend due to the weather conditions, (which we totally understand), their paid ticket will be drawn for door prizes and they will get their door prize. We will contact you after the tournament, set your prize aside and you can come and get it.
Keep a Tight Line!! Eddy
