Yesterday wrapped up the Walleye season here.  Last weekend showed a better bite for some.  The shallow water did better with the slot fish.  Those that went deep caught mostly smalls.  Perch, if you found them in deeper water produced some “jumbos.”   Shallower water had the numbers, but most were under “keeping” size.  All in all, it was a good last weekend.

We will have houses available to rent for Perch and Northern Pike by reservation only through this coming weekend.  Call to book one if you’re interested. Weather permitting, we will be maintaining roads for portable fishermen for Perch, Tullibee, and Northern Pike into March.
