Yesterday at dark the last of the houses made it in over the pressure ridge that was on both roads that stated pushing Sunday afternoon. Today we will be wrapping things up on the ice and have all the houses in the storage lot. Also removing road stakes signs and cones, picking up all the fish house blocking and pulling the ramps from the pressure ridge.
It is starting to look like I might not be keeping a road out to the “Tullibee Hole” because of the ice. But it will be accessible by ATV,snowmobile, etc. Everyone can park on the road and go from there. For now I’m going to keep it closed for vehicle traffic and see if if freezes up and stops moving. Alot of times at the end of the season the ice quits moving, so we might still reopen it. But for now we will be only going to Northern Pike spots on the shore side of the ridge.
Keep watching the report for any changes.
