Today  I will be spending some time out there with the blower to get rid of edges that will trap snow if it blows again after the snow tomorrow.  I fully plan to keep the road open to the “Tullibbe Hole” and west towards the Islands for Northern Pike.

If you plan on coming you will have to call ahead and let us know so we can plow a spot if you have a wheelhouse that you plan on using.  Otherwise with portables you will park on the road and walk to your spot. Or bring a snowmobile, park on the ice and go.  That way you can cover alot of territory easily. In another week the  temps should start moderating and it’s alot of fun to fish tip-ups outside, sit on a snowmobile and take off to the flag when it goes…

We are changing our message machine to day. “Business hours” is over and we will be open, but all will have to call ahead the night before they come so we can tell them where to “check-in”.  We might be on the house on the hill one day and the red house office another so call.
