For the few out there yesterday the bite was pretty slow. The high winds kept fishermen inside out of the weather. From what reports we received it was mainly Perch action with small Walleye mixed in.

We had strong W-N/W most of the day with some drifting, but the roads blew mostly completely clear. Today we will be starting to clean up wheelhouse spots for the weekend, establish some new ones in different areas and start to get ready for the coming weekend.  There are some spots still available on the “Weekend Wheelhouse” list so call if you would like one. Just a reminder, ALL permanents, seasonal wheelhouse, should call the office at least 24 hours before arrival for any services, (driveways, hole drilled, or heat turned on, or a plowed spot for your wheelhouse.)  it makes it easier for us to plan ahead.
