So far summer has been pretty wet up here.  Had to pull the main dock closer to shore last week as the lake level has risen over a foot since we put it in before opening.  Hoping the rain slows down some over the next couple weeks.

Our Web Cam is up and running again on our website.   In the future it will be added to the Mille Lacs Tourism site.

Fishing has been very good out there.  But with C/R only, not as many Walleye fishermen have been visiting Mille Lacs.  Those that have are very impressive by the numbers, health and diversity of year classes.  The Mille Lacs Walleye population is not in trouble… the treaty management practices are.. That is the “root” of the problem!
