Today the snow started again and we are supposed to receive 2-4 inches, but not any wind to speak of. I was planning on plowing some more spots for fishermen, but with the white-out on the ice I’m postponing it until morning and we will go from there.

Contrary to news reports, the entire lake is not flooding out, we have areas where if you do something stupid and drill where there is old drifts and filled in spots where houses were yes it will flood.  but there are just as many areas that if you watch what you are doing it is just fine. Until it gets to that point where it starts flooding due to warm weather everywhere we will keep at it. Continued snowfall every couple days and warming up will eventually close us down, but I will let you know when that is going to happen.

ANYONE planning on coming up… wheelhouse, or portable, must call us 24 hours in advance to check conditions and arrange for a spot to be plowed, if needed, during business hours, which now are 8:00am, to 5:00pm , Monday thru Saturday.
