Yesterday fishermen that I did talk to when they left had action in the morning but in the afternoon it slowed.  So far today there has been 6 groups go out with those that were out overnight in the Tullibee Hole.  Some Northern Pike fishermen were out in wheelhouses the last couple days but haven’t heard any reports from them yet.

More snow is arriving Sunday morning thru Monday.  We are in a winter storm watch with 3-7″ of snow forecasted.  So it looks like we will be plowing again on Tuesday after the snow.   The snow is starting to add up out there and when the warm weather arrives and melting begins there will be a lot of water on top of the ice.  When it gets to that point I will more than likely close the access for the season.
