We have decided to keep the access closed for the season.  The warmer weather has deteriorated the access in close and with little or no frost there is not many places to park that are not soft.

.  A lot of you permanent skid customers need to make some improvements and general maintenance on on their houses this year. ( Runners, paint, replacement of rotten wood, etc. ) So plan on a few trips up here to look it over and make repairs thru the summer. I parked them with alot of extra room around them so they can be worked on easier. Your house will have to be in good shape and repairs made before it will go out next year.
