Vacation Home Rental

Rent our Lakehome for Lyback’s Ice Fishing, just 40 feet from the water’s edge. Located on a quiet stretch of the lake just west of Pope’s Point and Father Hennepin State Park. It is a three bedroom, one bathroom house with approximately 1,600 square feet of living space, with A/C.

Rental house includes use of boat ramp and dock when the weather permits. It is on the open-unprotected lakeshore and boats must be removed after use and not left tied to the dock overnight.  There are public accesses in Wahkon, Isle, and two in Father Hennepin State Park, all within 5 5-minute drive if needed.  A campfire area on the lakeshore by the boat ramp with a picnic table.  Lakeside deck with grill and picnic table.  Outside chairs to be furnished by renters.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, dishware, microwave and a washer/dryer combo. The living room/dining room and bedrooms are fully furnished. Two bedrooms have a full size bed and a single bed. The main bedroom has 1 queen size bed.  TV has a sound bar and cable, and it is HDMI compatible.  Wi-Fi and Internet modem provided.

2025 Rental Rate – $1000.00 + tax per week

June 6th-June 12th,  June 13th-June 19th,  June 20th-June 26th.  Aug 8th-Aug 14th, Aug 15th-Aug 21st, Aug 22nd-Aug 28th, August 29th-Sept 4th.  Call for availibility in the fall and winter.

Due to sewer capacity, the Maximum occupancy is 6 people ONLY!!
Bring your bedding (sleeping bags or blankets, sheets, pillows, etc.), bath towels, washcloths, paper products, and personal items. When making a reservation, more specific information on what to bring and the sizes of beds will be provided.
NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed in house.

 The “Barn”    Downstairs has seating at tables for 20, a small 4-person “bar”.  It has a fully furnished kitchen, with a cookstove, oven, range hood, microwave, and dishwasher. Chest freezer and soft drink cooler. Upstairs has a picnic table that seats 20 and will have an open floor plan.  It is available for rent for small family gatherings or “mini” events for the Vacation Home rental customers while they are there.  We use it as our ice fishing office during the winter months.
