Yesterday there was no anglers out and so far this morning one person is out for Northern Pike. Last Sunday there were some very good Perch reports in the shallow basin areas and anglers caught Tullibee in the “Tullibee Hole” so there is a good chance that if the weather and ice holds out for the next couple weeks there will be some good fishing for those that try.

The weather this week after tomorrows snow looks really nice for the weekend for both portable anglers and wheelhouse fishermen,  ice conditions are good and I will be opening up the roads and wheelhouse spots after Wednesday’s snow.  Right now they are forecasting 2-5″ but we’ll se what we get.

If you plan on coming up with a wheelhouse call and let us know so I have enough spots available.
