Last evening from about 4:00 am till about 8:00 am some did pretty good with slot Walleye and larger.  In the mix was small walleye also.  Up until I came in at 3.00pm most  were seeing Perch action and mostly small ones.  One group were seeing nice sized Perch but they wouldn’t bite. Signs of a high barometer.

A couple areas of slush that I checked are freezing some so Ii think the next 3-4 days of sub-zero temps will get us back on track again so we can get into some of the areas we normally go to. The roads are looking the best they have all year with the banks that dropped freezing up. Just don’t try to cross over one  with a vehicle as you will drop thru the crust to your bumper.

We will be starting our weekend wheelhouse list for next weekend Tuesday at 7:00am.  There will be a limit on the amount we’re taking so if you want a spot, call.  Paid seasonal customers will have preference as usual.
