Yesterday’s bite was ok for most out there.  Reports of some “keepers” were caught.

Time was spent working on the pressure ridge for the weekend traffic. Also road work for new areas so fishermen can spread out  was don and will continue today.

We will be open for “weekend wheelhouses” starting Thursday. Largest rigs going out will be limited to no more than 3/4 ton trucks an tandem wheelhouses.  No 1 tons or diesel trucks pulling houses.  We will be limiting the number to 50 going thru our access this weekend.  That amount along with our paid seasonal customers will insure there is no crowding and everyone will have their space.  You will need to call the office and get on the list to save a spot.  I’m trying to keep things safe as even though ice depths average around 20″ there are still some areas with only 15-18″ of ice on new established roads.   You will have to be on the ice before dark as there will be no one allowed after.  Speed on the ice will be under 10mph to protect the ice roads for others.  Call the office if you would like to get on the list. If your not on the list your not going out.

Permanent houses that are in the storage lot will need to contact the office ASAP if arrangements have not been made to get out there.

Keep a Tight Line!    Eddy
