Yesterday afternoon I got on the lake cleaned up in front from the drifting on the landing and did some plowing on the roads just to get them passable. Today I will be opening them up and start with driveways to rentals. it’s going to be a real busy next couple days.

Right now we have two deluxe rentals available from the weekend. And if they are taken by 2:00 pm today we will be breaking them up in 12/24 hours shifts instead of the full weekend.  Then we will be full.

This morning the temp was -35 and there was no wind. Without the wind it really didn’t feel that bad, but it will be nice to see the warm up.  I’m thinking the change in weather will make for some pretty good fishing this weekend.

Despite the snow and wind alot of the off-road going on open lake is still  possible, so wheelhouses should be able to move around al long as they watch where they are going.  Remember wheelhouses going out of here must be on the lake before dark. (Unless you are a registered and paid weekly customer that stores here during the week).  I do not want the late night arrivals that show up and disturb those that are already out there fishing.  I’ve seen too many times how “crowding” others on a Friday night screws things up for everyone.
